I setup CERNVM in a VirtualBox using these set up steps: Cern Authentication

I don’t know if you can help with this or not, but none of the commands I need to run in command line to run CERN software work. Specifically, I cannot run the command “setupATLAS” to run atlas software. I know this command works since I have used in in lxplus to run atlas software, albeit very slowly…

I hard to tell if this is related to CVMFS.
