Could you please provide a bit more context?

Are you using CernVM, if so which version?

The version of CernVM-FS from the screenshot is quite old. Current stable is 2.8.2, while 2.9.0 is in testing.

Hi Radu. Yes this is an old installation that I haven’t used for some months. When I boot it , it shows cervm 2018.10-1

Hi again. After update it claims cernvm 2020.07-1 but same error

Hi Bob,

I looked at the bug report tarball. It looks like the environment is not set up properly. Could you please run the configuration tool again

$ sudo cvmfs_config setup

and try to mount again?
